Wafi Hafez

Your page explains your product. Your buyer is still deciding whether to care.

I’m Wafi Hafez, a B2B strategist copywriter. I rewrite landing pages and email sequences for SaaS and natural-product brands, so the right reader keeps reading and then acts.

Three pieces of work

One sold out a real product. Two are practice rewrites, labelled as exactly that. I don’t pass off spec work as client work.

Real product, real result · Massage oil and cream for Al-Kahraman, my natural products store

From a supplier’s two-line description to a sell-out

35 bottles of oil and 23 jars of cream, 58 units in total, sold out in store within three days of publishing this copy. Online ordering isn’t available in Syria, so the call to action had to move customers from the post to a conversation with a single comment.

Before: the supplier’s copy

Natural massage oil in two varieties: cinnamon and ginger, and almond and cypress.

Natural body massage for total muscle relaxation. Very important for cracked skin. Helps deeply moisturize and firm the skin.

After: my copy

Who said massage is only for knots and cramps?

Massage plays a big role in our lives, physically and mentally, because it helps with:

Relieving muscle tension and pain. It relaxes tight muscles and eases the cramps that come from strain or long hours of sitting, reducing neck and back aches.

Reducing stress and anxiety. It calms the body and releases the happiness and relaxation hormones: comfort for the muscles and for the mind.

Better sleep. When the muscles loosen and the body settles, massage helps you fall into a deep, restful sleep.

But massage can’t be done dry. It needs a dedicated oil that helps you relax and lets the hands glide over the skin.

At Al-Kahraman, we offer the colocynth cream and the massage oil, with special properties for a session worth talking about.

One dot from you is all it takes. Comment “.” below and the details will reach you. Shipping available.

Why it worked: the supplier described an oil. I opened by challenging a belief, showed the reader three moments they recognise, and made replying effortless. Note: written in Levantine Arabic and translated for this page, for the local Syrian market. For US, UK and Canadian brands I write wellness claims to fit FDA, FTC and ASA guidelines.

Unsolicited spec rewrite · Healthcare talent platform · Not client work

A category description turned into a loss the reader already fears

Before: the live homepage hero

The Missing Link to Lasting Talent

A smarter way to hire and keep clinical talent.

After: my rewrite

Your best candidates are committing to someone else’s hospital before they graduate.

Build relationships with future clinicians while they’re still in training, so they choose you on graduation day and stay long after.

Meet your future clinicians first

The problem: the original names a category. It could sit on any hiring platform, and it gives the reader nothing to feel. The fix: the new headline names what the reader is losing right now, the subhead explains how to stop losing it, and the button continues that thought instead of saying “Get started”.

Concept piece · Welcome email for a fictional focus app, Stillgrid · Not client work

A welcome email that sends the reader to a first session, not just a guide

Stillgrid is an invented app that mutes notifications and runs timed deep-work sessions.

What I fixed in my own first draft: the link used to sit mid-email behind “Click here”, so the email ended on advice instead of an action. It now closes on a button that names what the reader gets. “Create isolation” became what the app actually does, and the sign-off became a person, because replies are what a welcome email needs most.

What I write

For B2B SaaS teams and natural-product e-commerce brands in the US, UK and Canada.

Landing pages

A full rewrite, or the part that’s leaking: the hero, the offer section, the call to action.

Email sequences

Welcome, nurture and launch emails that carry a reader from interest to a first action.

Copy teardown

A written review of your page with a rewritten headline and call to action, so you can see the difference before you commit.

Scope and price are agreed after a short conversation about your page.

About

I’m a law graduate who taught himself English, published a novel with Austin Macaulay Publishers, competed as an athlete for eight years, and runs a natural products store.

That mix is the job. A novelist knows how a story earns attention. An athlete knows what consistency costs. A shop owner knows what makes a buyer reach for their wallet. I bring all three to your page.

Send me your page
